Be The Change
This documentary film series focusing on Ecological / Social Justice issues is held once a month at the Gayety Theater in Collingwood Ontario on the third Wednesday of the month, from October to May. Presented by Investors Group, ‘Be The Change’ is meant to spark discussion amongst members of our community about the important issues facing us all. Each week after the film a guest speaker will hold interactive discussions in the theatre after the film is screened.
Admission – $7.00, Students – Free. Books of “Series Tickets” also available for $40 at Elephant Thoughts, The Environment Network, The Collingwood Public Library and Smart’s Flowers.

Nottawasaga Futures is a community economic development agency serving the South Simcoe Area.
Our organization has been successfully engaged in 78 community projects with 103 community partners in the last ten years. We are fortunate to have 10 active board members who are all successful business persons with a commitment to community development.
Our Green Economy Centre will help your business go green with saving money. We provide funding opportunities and resources to help you discover why going green is good business.
Presently, we participate or lead in 17 community projects and provide on-going support to six community organizations. We partner with all levels of government including: Township of Adjala-Tosorontio; Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury; Township of Essa; Town of Innisfil; Town of New Tecumseth; Industry Canada, International Trade Canada, Barrie Canada Service Centre; Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food and Rural Affiars; Ministry of Economic Development and Trade; Ministry of Education & Training; Ministry of Tourism; and Ministry of Energy, Science, and Technology.
