In order to give the students individual attention, the class size in the Liaison College is kept small at about 15 students. More then seventy per cent of the training involves practical instructions which gives the students hand on experience even while training. The diploma programs are designed to equip the students with skills that are important in the demanding culinary industry. Students can opt for basic or advanced cooking courses.
