Innisfil Skating Club
Wecome to the home of the Innisfil Figure Skating Club. We are a non-profit organization run by dedicated parent volunteers and a group of professional Skate Canada coaches.
The IFSC is a proud member of Skate Canada and trains out of both the Stroud Arena and the Innisfil Recreation Complex (IRC).
We proudly provide levels from Pre-CanSkate (formerly Learn to Skate), CanSkate, StarSkate A (formerly Junior and Intermediate) and StarSkate B (formerly Senior) programs from October to the end of March.
For over 40 years the IFSC goal has been to provide an environment of fun, social, learning, self-confidence and support to every level of skater.
No matter what you child would like to accomplish in his/her skating life; whether that be figure skating, hockey, or recreation skating everything begins with the basics. The IFSC can help your child master these basic skating skills so in the future they can concentrate on the specific tasks needed forthe sport of their choice.

Barrie Skating Club
The Barrie Skating Club (BSC) is a non-profit Skate Canada sanctioned organization that has been instructing Barrie and area youth for over 60 years. The BSC operates out of the City of Barrie’s Allandale Recreation Centre and is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, along with parent volunteers. Our club’s skaters range in age from 3 to young adults, and are enrolled in beginner (CanSkate) to competitive (StarSkate/Competitive Skate) programs, as well as PowerSkate programs for those wishing to build skating skills for hockey. Many of the BSC’s figure skaters go on to the Mariposa School of Skating to further their skills in competitive skating.
