The SCDSB Emergency Information Hotline can be reached at 1-877-728-1187. This hotline provides parents, the community and the media with updates on emergency situations or issues that may arise in our schools or education facilities.
PLEASE NOTE: The Emergency Information hotline does not provide information regarding bus cancellations or school closures due to inclement weather. Parents and the community should visit this web site or tune in to their local media outlet for this information. -
Extended French
The Extended French as a Second Language (EFSL) program, which has been in existence in Simcoe County District School Board since 1989, is a program that begins in Grade 5.
Admission to the Extended French as a Second Language program is based on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of 24 students is required to initate a Grade 5 class. -
